Sinco Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Sinco (“Sinco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use the Sinco mobile application, websites, and related services (the “Service”).
Important: By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are
Sinco is a beauty and nail inspiration platform that may offer editorial beauty content, AI-assisted experiences, community features, direct messaging, and subscriptions.

2. Age Restriction
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information you provide directly
- Account and profile information: username, profile photo, bio, email address, age or date of birth, beauty preferences, and other information you choose to add to your profile.
- User content: text, images, messages, comments, prompts, saved items, posts, and other materials you create or upload.
- Support information: information you provide when you contact customer support or submit a report, appeal, or safety request.
- Purchase information: subscription status, receipts, and transaction-related data received from app stores or payment providers. We generally do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and technical information: device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, IP address, crash data, performance logs, diagnostic data, and device identifiers where permitted by law and platform rules.
- Usage information: feature interactions, browsing within the app, engagement events, search history within the app, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Security information: logs and signals used to detect abuse, fraud, spam, unauthorized access, or policy violations.
3.3 Information from permissions-based features
If you grant permission, we may access:
- Photos or camera: to let you upload profile pictures, nail references, or other user content;
- Microphone: if voice-related features are provided;
- Notifications: to send service alerts, account notices, or engagement updates;
- Contacts: only if you choose a feature that explicitly requests access to help you find people you may know.
You can revoke device permissions at any time in your device settings, though some features may no longer work properly.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- create and maintain your account;
- provide the core functions of the Service, including community, messaging, AI-assisted beauty tools, and subscriptions;
- personalize content, recommendations, and beauty inspiration within the app;
- protect the safety, security, and integrity of the Service and our users;
- respond to reports, moderation actions, legal requests, and support inquiries;
- analyze performance, debug issues, and improve features;
- communicate with you about updates, security issues, product changes, and support matters;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. AI-Assisted Features
If the Service offers AI-assisted nail inspiration or recommendation features, the prompts, preferences, and related content you submit may be processed to generate outputs and improve the reliability, safety, and quality of the feature.
If we use third-party AI providers for a feature in the future, we will clearly disclose that sharing and obtain any consent required by applicable law or platform rules before transmitting personal data to that provider.
6. How We Share Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
- With other users: when you choose to make content or profile information visible in the Service.
- With service providers: vendors that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, storage, analytics, customer support, content moderation, fraud prevention, or infrastructure providers, under appropriate contractual safeguards.
- For legal or safety reasons: when required by law, regulation, court order, or valid government request, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Sinco, or the public.

We do not state that we “sell” personal data in the ordinary sense. If applicable law defines certain disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing,” we will honor the rights provided by that law.
7. Legal Bases for Processing (Where Applicable)
If privacy laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we process personal data under one or more of these legal bases:
- Contract: to provide the Service you request;
- Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, and improve the Service, and prevent abuse, balanced against your rights;
- Consent: where required, such as certain permissions, promotional communications, or optional data uses;
- Legal obligation: to comply with applicable law and lawful requests.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
We may retain certain information after account deletion for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud, maintain security, or investigate harmful conduct. Some content shared with other users, such as messages or comments, may remain visible to them unless removed by the Service or required by law.
9. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and update: you may review or update certain account information in the app settings.
- Delete account: you may request deletion through in-app controls if available or by contacting support@sinco.com.
- Revoke permissions: you may turn off camera, photos, microphone, contacts, or notification permissions in your device settings.
- Marketing choices: you can opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails, where available.
- Regional rights: depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port certain personal data.
10. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Cookies, SDKs, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
Our websites and apps may use cookies, SDKs, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, measure performance, prevent fraud, and understand feature usage. Depending on your jurisdiction and device settings, you may be able to control certain tracking or analytics practices through system settings or consent tools.
You are also responsible for accurately disclosing applicable data practices in App Store Connect, including the practices of third-party SDK providers integrated into the app.
13. Subscriptions and Payment Data
If you buy a subscription through Apple’s App Store, Apple processes the payment. We may receive information such as subscription status, transaction identifiers, country, product type, and receipt-related data needed to provide and manage your purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings after purchase.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where required.
