Sinco Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sinco mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Sinco is a beauty and nail inspiration platform that may offer content discovery, AI-assisted beauty experiences, community features, direct messaging, publishing tools, subscriptions, and related features.

Important: By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sinco. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Registration

You may need to register an account to access some features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

2.2 Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us immediately at support@sinco.com.

2.3 Non-transferability

Your account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, shared, leased, or assigned to another person without our written permission.

Sinco provides beauty and nail-related services, including but not limited to:

4. Community Standards and User Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully, respectfully, and in a manner consistent with the safety of the community. You must not:

Sinco may investigate reported violations and may take enforcement action including content removal, warnings, reduced visibility, feature restrictions, account suspension, account termination, or device-level restrictions where appropriate.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Your content

You may upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available text, images, profile information, comments, messages, prompts, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license below.

5.2 License to Sinco

To operate and improve the Service, you grant Sinco a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify for technical formatting, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content solely for operating, securing, improving, promoting, and providing the Service.

5.3 Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to post it.

5.4 Moderation

We may, but are not obligated to, review, screen, remove, restrict, or refuse User Content at our discretion for safety, legal, policy, or operational reasons.

6. Reporting, Blocking, and Safety Measures

Sinco provides tools that may allow users to report and block other users or content. We encourage users to report behavior that appears unsafe, unlawful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

We may preserve relevant information, including messages, logs, device identifiers, and moderation records, to review reports, enforce our rules, respond to legal requests, or protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.

7. AI-Assisted Features

Sinco may offer AI-assisted beauty or nail recommendation features. AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs are provided for inspiration and informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your preferences, skin sensitivities, health conditions, or professional needs.

You should use your own judgment before relying on any AI-generated suggestion. Sinco does not guarantee any specific beauty, cosmetic, or aesthetic result.

8. Purchases, Subscriptions, Virtual Benefits, and Billing

8.1 Paid features

Sinco may offer paid subscriptions, premium features, consumables, or other digital benefits. Pricing and feature descriptions will be shown in the app before purchase.

8.2 App store billing

When a purchase is made through Apple’s App Store or another platform, billing is handled by that platform and is subject to that platform’s terms and policies.

8.3 Apple auto-renewable subscriptions

Refunds are handled by the platform through which you purchased the subscription or item, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including our software, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other materials provided by Sinco, are owned by or licensed to Sinco and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service if: (a) you violate these Terms or applicable law; (b) your conduct creates legal, security, or reputational risk; (c) we are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or platform policy; or (d) we discontinue part or all of the Service.

Where appropriate, we may allow appeals through in-app tools or by contacting support.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

We may retain account and activity data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect users, and prevent fraud or abuse. Some information may remain in backups, legal records, or safety systems for a limited period even after account deletion.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sinco disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that content or recommendations will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinco and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinco’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Sinco during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sinco and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

16. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Sinco is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at support@sinco.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If informal resolution is not successful, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
